We ship to everywhere within the United Kingdom (excluding the channel islands) for free.
We are based in London and shipping usually takes 2-3 business days (not including the weekend) from when the order is placed.
All orders are trackable via the delivery company used (subject to change) which we will send to you when your order leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find your tracing number email us at hello@adogperson.co.uk with your full name and order number.
RETURNS
At A Dog Person, we stand by our products and want both you and your dog to be 100% happy. That’s why we offer our Happiness Guarantee—if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
How does the Happiness Guarantee work?
If your dog doesn’t love our supplement, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Just follow these steps:
- Try it for at least two weeks – It can take time for your pup to adjust to new supplements.
- Let us know – If you’re not satisfied, contact our team at hello@adogperson.co.uk or fill out out contact form with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Choose your resolution – We’ll offer a full refund or an exchange for a different product.
What items are eligible for return?
- Opened and unopened supplement tubs are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If returning an opened tub, we may ask for feedback on your experience to improve our products.
How do I return a product?
- In most cases, we won’t ask you to return the product—we’d rather you donate it to a local shelter or a dog in need!
- If a return is required, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve processed your request, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions & Notes:
- Our Happiness Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
- Bulk orders (3+ tubs) are not eligible for full refunds but may qualify for store credit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can send a replacement.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Suite 3682, Unit 3A, 34-35 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London, EC1N 8DX. The cost of the return must be covered by you and should be sent with a trackable service to protect both you and us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
