We ship to everywhere within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands). All orders are fully trackable and we'll send your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Not happy? We'll make it right.

We stand by everything we make. If you or your dog aren't completely satisfied within 45 days of receiving your order, just get in touch and we'll sort a full refund or exchange. No awkward conversations, no fuss.

How it works

  • Give it two weeks. It can take a little time for your pup to adjust to a new supplement, stick with it.
  • Let us know. Contact our team at hello@adogperson.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason.
  • Choose your resolution. We'll offer a full refund or an exchange, whichever works best for you.

Do I need to send it back?

In most cases, no. We'd much rather you donate any unused supplement to a local dog shelter or a pup in need. If a return is required, we'll provide a label and instructions.

What's eligible?

  • Both opened and unopened supplement pouches are eligible for a refund or exchange
  • The Happiness Guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a product only
  • Bulk orders of 3+ pouches are not eligible for full refunds but may qualify for store credit
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

When will I get my refund?

Once we've processed your request, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to process it on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.

order arrived damaged? please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos, and we'll send a replacement immediately.

The quickest way to get the right product is to request a return for the item you have, and once it's approved, place a new order for what you'd like instead. We'll notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return.
