If it doesn't work for your dog, you get your money back.

Try The All Rounder for up to 45 days. If your dog won't touch it, or you're not seeing what you'd hoped for, tell us and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send the powder back, and we won't ask you to justify it.

How to claim

• Get in touch. Email hello@adogperson.co.uk with your order number, any time within 45 days.
• That's the whole process. No form, no photos, no returns label, and no need to explain yourself.
• We refund you. Processed within 2 working days, back to the card or account you paid with.

What happens to the powder?

Keep it. Or better, pass it on to a local rescue or a dog who'd make good use of it. We'd much rather it did some good than came back here to be thrown away.

What's covered

• The All Rounder, opened or unopened
• Any order size, whether that's one pouch or five
• Your first order or your fifth
• Anything bought in a sale

Gift cards are the only thing we can't refund.

Accessories work slightly differently

Tins, scoops and anything else non-consumable can come back to us unused within 45 days for a full refund. Unlike powder, we're able to pass those on to someone else.

Return postage is yours to cover on a change of mind. If the item turned up faulty or we sent the wrong thing, it's on us.

One suggestion before you claim

If your dog is turning their nose up at it, it's worth trying a smaller amount mixed into wet food first. Most dogs come round within a few days, once the smell stops being new.

That's a suggestion, not a hoop. If you'd rather just have your money back, say the word and it's done.

When will I get my refund?

We'll process it within 2 working days of hearing from you. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 7 days to show it. If it hasn't landed within 10 working days of us confirming, get in touch and we'll chase it straight away.

Our guarantee sits on top of your rights, not instead of them.

The Happiness Guarantee is something we choose to offer. It doesn't replace anything you're entitled to by law, and where the law gives you more than our guarantee does, you get whichever works out better for you.

If you've changed your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason at all, and you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We'll refund the price you paid plus standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you've sent them. This applies to everything we sell, including anything bought in a sale.

If something's faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or unfit for purpose, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund including delivery. After that, and for six months from delivery, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund where neither is possible.

Nothing here limits any of that

If you ever think we've got something wrong, tell us and we'll put it right. We'd always rather sort it between us than have you go anywhere else.
