REFUND POLICY

We offer a 45-day happiness guarantee on everything we sell. If The All Rounder

doesn't work for your dog, email hello@adogperson.co.uk with your order number

and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the powder back.

Your legal rights

Our guarantee is offered on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel any order within 14

days of delivery for any reason, and return the goods within a further 14 days.

We'll refund the price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the

goods or evidence of return. This applies to all items, including sale items.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods may be

rejected within 30 days for a full refund including delivery. Between 30 days and

six months from delivery, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a

refund where neither is possible.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
