Sign up for a subscription and get The All Rounder delivered straight to your door on a schedule that works for you, monthly, bi-monthly, whatever suits your pup's routine. You'll also get free delivery on every order, every time.
Managing your subscription is dead simple. Just log in to your account and head to the My Subscriptions section. From there you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription
- Update your payment or delivery details
- Cancel at any time. No awkward emails, no fuss
Where's my order?
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. When your order ships, we'll send over your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way to your door.
orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery then takes an additional 2–3 business days. please allow a little extra time during busy periods or public holidays.
To check your order status at any time, log in to your account and visit Order History.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or just not what you expected please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us your order number and a quick photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted straight away.
And if your dog simply isn't loving The All Rounder, our 45-day Happiness Guarantee means you can request a full refund no drama, no return needed. We'd just ask that you donate it to a local shelter instead.
