CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to The All Rounder you'll receive repeat deliveries at the

frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and you're charged

for each delivery as it goes out.

You can pause, skip, change the frequency or cancel at any time, with no notice

period and no need to contact us. Every order confirmation email contains a link

to manage your subscription. If you'd rather we did it for you, email

hello@adogperson.co.uk and we'll sort it the same day.

We'll never make you phone us, and we'll never ask you to explain why.

Cancelling stops future deliveries. Any order already dispatched is covered by

our 45-day happiness guarantee in the usual way, so if a delivery goes out before

you cancelled, you can still have your money back.

Your legal rights

Cancelling a subscription doesn't affect your rights in relation to orders already
