Why is my first delivery £23 and the rest £24?+
The code takes a pound off your first delivery as a small thank you for coming from Riley. After that it settles at the normal subscription price of £24 a month, which is what everyone pays. We would rather tell you now than have you notice it on your second delivery and wonder what happened.
How do I get the Riley offer?+
Choose Subscribe on the product page, add it to your basket, then enter RILEY in the discount box at checkout. The tin and scoop are added to your basket on their own. One code, one box, that is the whole thing.
Can I pay with Shop Pay, or order through the Shop app?+
Shop Pay is fine at the payment stage. What we would ask is that you add everything to your basket first and check out from there, rather than jumping straight to payment from an express button on the product page. The free tin and scoop are added in the basket, so skipping it can mean they do not come with you. The same goes for ordering inside the Shop app, where our basket rules do not run at all.
If it happens anyway, it is easily fixed. Email hello@adogperson.co.uk with your order number and we will send the missing bits out. You will not lose anything by having used the wrong button.
The tote is not showing in my basket. Is something wrong?+
No, that is how it should look. The tin and scoop are added to your basket automatically, but the tote is packed by hand with your first delivery, so it will not appear on screen. As long as the code went in, it is coming.
I forgot to use the code. Can I still get the tote?+
Yes. Email hello@adogperson.co.uk with your order number and we will get one out to you. We would rather do that than have you feel short changed over a checkout box.
Is this offer open to everyone?+
No. The code is built for Riley members and it lives on this page only. We do not run it on the main site.
Can I cancel before the second delivery?+
Yes, and you keep the tin, the scoop and the tote. Pause, skip or cancel from your account whenever you like. No phone call, no form, no one trying to talk you out of it.
My dog is already on good food. Do they need this?+
Need is a strong word, and we are not going to tell you their current food is wrong. The All Rounder is additive rather than corrective. It fills the everyday gaps and supports long term health, which matters most before anything has gone visibly wrong.
How long before we notice anything?+
Every dog is different, but as a rough guide: digestion often settles within one to two weeks, coat and skin around three to four weeks, and joint support takes longer, usually six weeks or more of consistent use. Supplements are not magic. Consistency is the whole thing.
What if it is not for us?+
Tell us within 45 days and we will refund or exchange it. You do not need to post the supplement back, we would rather you passed it on to a shelter or a dog who could use it. Email hello@adogperson.co.uk and we will sort it.
